My activation code is rejected. VIEW →
Activation codes are 16 characters in 4 blocks of 4. Dashes are optional — paste a full key into any block to auto-fill the rest. If the code is still rejected, the most common causes are (1) the key is bound to a different account, (2) the device fingerprint doesn't match a previous binding, or (3) the key has expired. Activation attempts appear in your audit log with the precise reason.
I'm not receiving the verification email. VIEW →
Delivery usually completes within 60 seconds. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or junk and ensure noreply@kynet.io is allowed by your filter. Use the Resend link button on the awaiting-confirmation page if more than two minutes have passed. We rate-limit resends at 3 per 10 minutes per IP.
I changed my email but never received the new-address link. VIEW →
Email-change links expire in 30 minutes and are dispatched only to the new address. If you can't find the link, request the change again from Profile · Account. The current address remains active until both verification steps complete.
How do I move a key from one device to another? VIEW →
Self-service device transfers aren't available — keys are bound to a single hardware fingerprint at activation. If you need to move a key, write to support@kynet.io with your operator email and the key ID; we verify ownership and rebind manually.
Can I cancel an account closure? VIEW →
Yes — closures enter a 14-day grace period during which sign-in is disabled but recovery is possible. Within that window, click the cancellation link in the closure confirmation email or contact support@kynet.io with your operator email.
Can I get a copy of my data before closing my account? VIEW →
Self-service exports aren't available. Email support@kynet.io with your operator email and we'll prepare a complete data package — license records, audit history, and billing — and send a download link. Available for 30 days post-closure.
