Identity & audit
Every action taken under your operator identity — key activations, seat bindings, console commands — is recorded to the Kynet audit ledger and is non-repudiable. You are responsible for keeping your passphrase confidential and reporting compromised credentials immediately.
Key & seat use
Product keys are issued per-seat and bound to a single operator. Sharing, leasing, or rebinding outside the console is prohibited. Kynet may revoke any key found in violation of these terms after written notice and a 14-day cure period.
Telemetry
Anonymous usage telemetry — key health, console latency, error traces — is collected to support the platform. No content of your work is transmitted. You may opt out from Profile → Notifications at any time.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, keys remain valid through their existing expiry; subscription seats are pro-rated. Closing your account through the console enters a 14-day grace period before purge.
Liability
Kynet's aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes are surfaced in the audit ledger and dispatched to your verified email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
